A Sexually Transmitted Disease ( STD ), or the thought of one, can be a very scary thing! The Pregnancy Resource Center is dedicated to providing individuals with honest, accurate information about sexually-transmitted diseases and the risk of having one.
In the 1970's there were three common sexually transmitted diseases; today there are over twenty five! Some feel that oral sex is a "safe" alternative to intercourse; yet what many do not realize is that the same STDs that you can contract during intercourse, you can get through oral sex.
